This is the second time we have called upon Smart Roofing Systems. The first time (a few years ago) was to evaluate the insulation in the attic and venting in the roof. We were getting a lot of large icicles. They added insulation to the attic and proper ventilation, which solved the problem. The second time was for a full roof replacement. Richard “Rick” Paine is a great guy to work with. He is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable. He was prompt, reliable, and did everything promised at a very reasonable price on both occasions. I would highly recommend them.
